      Return Window

      You generally have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back to us within this timeframe. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.

      Return Eligibility

      You may generally return any new and unused product purchased on the Website within thirty (14) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs (If Any). To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

      • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
      • Unused, unwashed and unworn.
      • Free from any damages or alterations.

      Return Exceptions

      Several exceptions exist to our return policy:

      • Final Sale Items: Certain products designated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Used or Damaged Items: We cannot accept returns of used or damaged items. This includes items with missing tags, labels, or packaging, or items that show signs of wear or tear.

      • Late Return: Return initiated after (14) Days from delivery date.

      Return Shipping Costs

      • Standard Returns (Remorse or Exchange): You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
      • Defective or Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival , or in the event you received wrong item that is different than what you purchased, please contact us immediately at info@swankyees.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the item.

      Return Process

      To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can contact us by phone, email, or through the contact form on the Website.
      2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, if possible.
      3. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the returned item(s).
      4. Ship the returned item(s) to the address we provide you with your RMA number. Responsibility for return shipping costs shall be as stated under “Return Shipping Costs” section above.
      5. We recommend using the same carrier we used to deliver the items with a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

      Refunds

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or credit card company).
      • Shipping costs (If Any) will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

      Exchanges

      If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order on our website for the desired item.

      International Returns

      The return process for international orders is similar to domestic orders. However, for Standard Returns (Remorse or Exchange), you will be responsible for all customs duties and import fees (IF ANY) associated with returning the item(s) to us depending on origin of shipment and/or suppliers’ warehouses location. In case of Defective or Damaged or Wrong Items, you will be exempted from paying any fees.

      Limitation of Liability

      WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
